How to make it?
At first put, 1 kg mutton in a pressure cooker then adds garlic & onion pieces into it. Switch on your stove and boil your mutton. Strain it.
Now, add some grated ginger into your pan, add oil, and cook for some time until grated ginger got brown. Then add grated tomatoes, cook it for some time, then add all the remaining spices into it and cook very well. Now add boiled mutton into it, and mix it well give time to mix all the spice paste with your mutton. Then add some quantity of mutton soup.
Now the final touch of cooking is waiting for some time. Then add crushed green coriander into it for aroma and taste. Your dish is ready guys, add a plate of mutton and eat with rice or chapattis or any other things as you like.
